Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time (30–40 hours)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Order processing – from order entry to invoicing

  • Maintaining and managing customer and order data in the ERP system

  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Warehousing

  • Communicating with customers, shipping companies, and service providers

Your Profile:

  • Successful completion of vocational training in business administration

  • A structured, independent, and reliable work ethic

  • Ability to work well in a team and strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office

  • Fluency in spoken and written German; good English skills are desirable
