Commercial employee: Shipping & order processing (m/f/d)

If you enjoy coordinating logistics processes, processing orders, and ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time, then you've come to the right place. You can expect a varied role involving shipping processing and order management—with room for initiative and organizational skills.

Your tasks:

• Scheduling and organizing worldwide transport by land, sea, and air

• Coordinating delivery dates and ensuring smooth logistics

• Preparation of export and shipping documents, including monitoring of customs regulations

• Processing and support of international transport orders

• Determination and calculation of freight costs and freight space

• Order processing – from order entry to invoicing

• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, production, and warehousing

• Communication with customers, freight forwarders, and service providers

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a freight forwarding, industrial, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)

• Ideally, initial experience in shipping or order processing as well as knowledge of customs and foreign trade law

• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working

• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills

• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills desirable
