Your tasks
Preparing payroll accounting and maintaining personnel master data
Managing and monitoring time management (working time models, absences, special cases)
Assisting with human resources management
Supporting the supervision of temporary staff
General accounting tasks in our fully digitized system
Supporting the application process
Your profile
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in human resources and/or (payroll) accounting
Confident use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of an accounting or time recording system
Experience with Datev desirable
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Ability to work in a team, discretion, and strong communication skills
