Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d) part-time (20-30 hours)

We are looking for you to join our team! If you are interested in working in both human resources and accounting and enjoy a varied role, then you have come to the right place.

Your tasks

  • Preparing payroll accounting and maintaining personnel master data

  • Managing and monitoring time management (working time models, absences, special cases)

  • Assisting with human resources management

  • Supporting the supervision of temporary staff

  • General accounting tasks in our fully digitized system

  • Supporting the application process

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

  • Initial professional experience in human resources and/or (payroll) accounting

  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of an accounting or time recording system

  • Experience with Datev desirable

  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

  • Ability to work in a team, discretion, and strong communication skills
