Head of Purchasing, Logistics & Warehouse Management (m/f/d)

We are constantly evolving and growing. This growth also requires further development of our organisational structure. We are therefore creating the new position of Head of Purchasing, Logistics & Warehouse Management.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our entire supply chain processes. You will lead a team of three employees in procurement and logistics and 15 employees in warehouse management. Your goal: to ensure reliable, high-quality and efficient material and product availability for our production and our customers.

Your core responsibilities:

Warehouse Management

• Organisation, control and monitoring of daily warehouse and logistics processes

• Responsibility for personnel planning, inventory management and efficient processes

• Ensuring smooth intralogistics, including packaging management (disposable, reusable and customer-specific packaging regulations

Shipping Management

• Responsibility for freight handling in accordance with international legal requirements and customs regulations

• Continuous optimisation of logistics processes to ensure on-time customer and intralogistics

Supplier Management

• Strategic and operational control and further development of supplier relationships

• Optimisation of procurement processes and strengthening of the entire value chain in production and logistics

• Strategic development

• Holistic, sustainable approach to supply chain management

• Design and optimisation of processes along the entire supply chain – from raw material procurement and warehouse logistics to delivery to our customers
  

Your profile:

• Several years of professional and management experience in purchasing, logistics and warehouse management

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems

• Analytical thinking and structured approach to work

• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams

• Strong communication and negotiation skills and confident conflict management

• High problem-solving skills, pragmatism and results-oriented approach
