Learning in pipe extrusion
The world has developed particularly rapidly in recent years. Numerous tasks are being taken over by machines. This makes it all the more important to have qualified specialists for the operation and monitoring of production machines and systems. The skills acquired during training are versatile and can be applied in various branches of industry. With our complex machinery and technical expertise, we want to help you lay the foundations for a secure career and make you strong for the future!
Pipe extrusion is at the heart of our company, which means that you will play a key role in our production chain right from the start during your training as a machine and plant operator. Exciting tasks await you in a bright, modern working environment. You will familiarise yourself with the various areas of the production process, from incoming raw materials to processing and the finished pipe. The 50 metre long extrusion lines consist of coordinated automated machines that work together to produce PVC-U pipes. Every move is crucial, so technical affinity and close co-operation with your team are required. During your apprenticeship, you will familiarise yourself with various departments in order to understand the interplay of operational processes. We not only offer sound practical training content, but also attach great importance to your individual support and development. Your trainer and an experienced mentor will be at your side right from the start. In addition to the regular training programme, we offer our trainees various opportunities to gain additional qualifications or complete an internship abroad. Statements from our staff.
" I have fond memories of the first few days when I was allowed to take on tasks on my own. I knew then that I had reached the next level and that I had arrived. And if I did have any questions, I was always helped straight away. My colleagues aren't annoyed, you can tell they're happy to help. Everyone is fun and the atmosphere in the team is really good.
" At the beginning, I was worried about how customer contact would work. What do I have to pay attention to, what am I allowed to say and what not? I can now look back and have built up good relationships with customers, which I really enjoy thanks to my colleagues. Whether I'm doing an internship abroad or shortening my training, I receive full support from KURO and everything is made possible for me. I wouldn't have expected that. I'm really happy with my apprenticeship and couldn't have wished for anything better.
" As a trainer, I have the freedom to bring in my own personal style. There is no rigid set of rules, the focus is much more on working together. It gives me so much pleasure to accompany and observe personal and professional development. My office door is always open for our trainees!
" Loading the large 6 metre pallets was challenging at first. But my colleagues trusted me to do it and I was given time to try it out. Everyone here is really helpful and friendly. We are a small, committed team in the warehouse and we get on very well.
" As a company, we need young people who bring a breath of fresh air, an interest in technology and new ways of thinking. The field of machine technology is constantly evolving and we will continue to be involved in new developments and contribute our ideas in the future. That's what makes it so interesting.
