CNC cutting machine operator / technical documentation and production specialist

YOUR TASKS:

• Technical documentation: You will create precise technical drawings for the sales department using modern CAD software.

• Manufacturing and production engineering in the field of machining technology:

  • You will design 3D CAD models of milled parts.

  • You will program CNC machines for the production of milled parts and optimise production processes.

  • You will carry out quality checks and approval processes for new milled parts to ensure compliance with all standards and specifications.

• Quality assurance in production: You will carry out production checks independently to ensure the quality of the products and document the results. You will ensure that the QMS meets the requirements of international standards and customer specifications.

• Complaints management: You will process customer complaints, carry out root cause analyses and implement troubleshooting measures.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training (or studies) in the field of mechanical engineering, machining technology or a comparable technical specialisation

• Sound knowledge of 3D CAD design, ideally with experience in machining technology

• Experience in CNC programming and practical knowledge of working with CNC machines

• Experience in quality assurance and carrying out production checks

• Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation processes

• Problem-solving approach, ability to work in a team and a high degree of initiative
